Life Balance
Is your life balanced? How can you tell if your life is balanced? It's hard to tell sometimes, but sometimes it's real easy to see if your life is out of balance. Take a look at some of these issues.
Does it seem like you spend all your time working, sleeping, or just not doing anything at all? One must have balance in life in order to enjoy life.
How does a person have a balanced life? That is up to the individual person. It is best to step back and take a look at your life and see if there is a place that you want to spend more time in your life. If there is, then it's time to see how you can make that happen.
One of the things that life coaches do is help clients bring more balance into their life. Don't be afraid to talk to a life coach about life balance, it is an important part of making a happy life.

Addiction Coaching
Are you addicted to a substance? Have you already been in therapy and now don't know where to go from there? Addiction coaching may be right for you.
There is no shame in needing a push forward after battling an addiction issue. Life coaching can help you with getting going after addiction has taken so much from you. Addiction is a disease that robs from people. Now that you have kicked the robber out, now it's time to get your life back on track. Remember that you are worth investing in and a new life is waiting for you around the corner.
Who is your cheerleader in life?
Who is your cheerleader in life? Do they really have your best interest at heart? These are questions that no one really likes to ask. It's easier to presume that those who are around us who encourage us are looking out for us as well. That's not always the case though.
Sometimes those who seem to want us to succeed are not wanting you to succeed because they like you, but because they want to see you fail. I know it's hard to believe this, but I myself, have had this issue in the past. Watch out for those that can only be classified as "friendemies". That is friends who are really enemies.
There is an old saying, keep your fiends close and your enemies closer. This can lead to situations where there are those who who seem to want you to succeed, but really want you to fail. Watch out for these people and cut them out as soon as you find them.
It is better to have only a few, really close friends, than a large group of semi close enemies.

What are YOUR goals, Part 2
So, what are your goals? Did you write them down? I sure hope so. Now that they are written down, look at them and study them for awhile. Do they seem doable? Are they in the realm of possibility. If they are, then we are on the right track.
Now, what are you going to do to make those goals a reality? What is your action plan on those goals? Do you have an action plan for those goals? Where to start?
This is where a life coach comes in. Life coaches help take your goals and turn them into action plans. Sometimes, those plans need to be broken down into smaller steps.
If you want to see where your life can really go, let's get you started with life coaching and get your life invigorated with new purpose and new goals. Remember, it's your life, do not just be a spectator in it.

What are YOUR goals? Part 1
What are your goals? Do you have any goals that you want to accomplish? How many goals have you actually done in life? It's important to have goals in life. It allows a life to become something more than just a passive experience.
There are two types of main goals. There are short term goals and long term goals. One should never confuse the two. A short term goal is something that you want to accomplish in the next six months. Anything over six months timeline is a long term goal.
==> Homework Time <==
What are your short term goals in life? How about your long term goals? Write them down and then stay tune for more information to come.

Are you worth it?
Here is a question that maybe some people can answer and some can not. Are you worth it? When this question is posed, the first response is usually, what am I worth for what? The question is simple, the answer is complicated.
Are you worth investing in? Do you have something in your life that you are worth investing in, in order to make yourself better and happier? My general answer to this is yes. Almost everyone is worth investing in themselves, even if they do not see it.
So, why are you not investing in yourself? Is not investing keeping you back from what you really want in life? It can be. How much does it cost to get you to where you want to be?
It all depends on your goals. Are they short term or long term? Are you willing to put in the work? Life coaches can only do so much. Do you think your worth investing in? That is one of the key questions. It's all about how much you think you are worth. Everything in life is an investment, whether it be education, healthcare, dental care, time put in at work, etc. It's all an investment. I think your worth investing in, how about you?
